Most GenXers are continuing their education
A study by the University of Michigan reports that “more than one in every 10 members of Generation X are enrolled in classes to continue their formal educations… In addition, 48% of the 80 million GenXers take continuing education courses, in-service training and workshops required for professional licenses and certifications.”
